Yes, you can. All you have to do is giving your Qawn IBAN number to the HR department and then they will arrange to transfer the salary to your Qawn account.
Where to find your IBAN number?
- Tap on the avatar in the top-left of your Home Page
- Tap on "My Profile"
You can copy your IBAN from "My Profile" Page by tapping on the "copy" icon 
next to the IBAN number.
