How can I edit my bill nickname?

 You can edit your bill nickname through the following steps:

• From your "Home" page, tap on the chat with the biller
• Tap on the biller nickname at the top of the chat screen
• Tap on the edit button  
• Edit the bill nickname and tap on "Save"
