Terms and Conditions

for Obtaining and Using Qawn Qs

 

These terms govern the Qawn Qs rewards program offered through the Qawn application. The program allows you to earn points as rewards for activities such as, but not limited to, making purchases using the Qawn card, paying bills, and inviting others to open Qawn accounts. By participating in the Qawn Qs program and earning rewards, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), which will apply to and govern your participation in the designated program. Defined terms have the meanings attributed to them in the Qawn Terms and Conditions of Use, and should be read together as a single unit.

 

1. Earning Points

 

1.      You can earn Qawn Qs points through Qawn by performing the following actions:

 

•           Paying bills and dues using the Qawn application.
•           Making purchases through the Qawn application by scanning a QR code.
•           Making purchases using the Qawn card.
•           Successfully completing the email verification process for your Qawn account.
•           Purchasing a voucher through the Qawn application.

 

2.      There will be a maximum limit on the Qawn Qs points you can earn and the cash amount you may receive when redeeming Qawn Qs. The number of Qawn Qs or their cash value may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice.

 

2. Redeeming Points

 

1.     You can earn points equivalent to 2% of the amount of eligible purchases made using Qawn cards, which Qawn indicates as eligible, and these values can be added to your Qawn account.

 

2.     There is a maximum monthly cashback limit of five (5) Jordanian Dinars for all eligible purchases, where this limit resets at the beginning of each month.

 

3.     Qawn Qs have an expiration date which is automatically determined upon earning them. Qawn Qs are set to typically expire after two (2) years (24 months) from the date of earning them.

 

3. General Provisions

 

1.     All claims and objections related to eligibility for the Qawn Qs program or point accrual are at Qawn's sole discretion.

 

2.     Points do not have a monetary value; and may increase or decrease. The value of points may vary if you wish to redeem them for cash or other services, and Qawn reserves the right to modify the redemption value at any time.

 

3.     Promotional offers (such as additional points, rewards on accumulated points, or time-limited rewards) are subject to the program's terms and conditions and may have their own specific terms and conditions announced on Qawn or other means.

 

4.     You irrevocably and unconditionally authorise Qawn to provide all participating entities in the Qawn Qs program with your information as required for point redemption, without any liability on Qawn.

 

5.     Qawn is not liable for any damage or loss incurred from point redemption and does not guarantee the quality of services and products provided by participating entities. Qawn will not be involved in any operational aspects related to these services and products. Qawn is not liable for any theft or damage to redeemed cash amounts.

 

6.     If you fail to pay any dues owed to Qawn, you may not be able to enjoy the benefits of Qawn Qs until all obligations are settled.

 

7.     Qawn reserves the right to suspend the Qawn Qs program and consider accumulated points void, if you engage in fraudulent or deceptive financial transactions to exploit the program.

 

8.     All accumulated points are void if the account is closed at your request, or for any reason.

 

9.     In the event of death, all accumulated Qawn Qs are automatically cancelled without any obligations on Qawn towards the heirs. For joint accounts, specific terms and conditions apply.

 

10. Qawn Qs is an additional privilege for Qawn customers, and Qawn reserves the right to terminate or modify the Qawn Qs program and its Terms and Conditions at any time without your consent and without prior notice. You have no right to claim any rights in case of any changes or termination of the program or its benefits.

 

11. You agree to use Qawn and Qawn Qs only for legal and authoriaed purposes. You are prohibited from using Qawn or Qawn Qs in any way that may cause harm, disruption, or overload to Qawn or Qawn Qs. Qawn reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Qawn account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

 

12. Qawn uses cookies to enhance user experience and provide personalized services. By using Qawn and Qawn Qs, you agree to the use of cookies in accordance with Qawn's privacy policy. You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, but this may affect your ability to use some features of Qawn Qs.

 

13. You agree to keep all non-public information obtained through your use of Qawn or Qawn Qs confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent from Qawn. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are governed by all Jordanian laws, regulations, and instructions related to personal property and banking information protection.

 

By using Qawn, you agree and acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions, and you agree to comply with them and all Terms and Conditions for earning and using Qawn Qs.
