What should I do if the amount I transferred via CliQ has not been received by the recipient?

Usually, CliQ payment is instant, however, it might take some time. If the payment did not go through to the recipient, check the following:

  • Give it 10 minutes & check with them again
  • If it didn't go through, check your account for a reversal transaction
  • Call us on [06-2222462] if the the payment didn't reach the recipient or reverted back
