Can I change the language of Qawn app?

Of course, you can! Qawn App supports both Arabic & English languages.

You can change it from the Login screen by tapping on "العربية"

Or you can:

1.  Tap on the avatar on the top-left of the "Home Page" 
2. Tap on "change language to العربية"
