I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

To reset your password, please follow the steps below:

1. Open Qawn App
2. Tap on "Forgot your password?"
3.  Enter your phone number and tap on "Next"
4. Tap on "Agree & continue" to start the video selfie
5. Once your video selfie is verified, you’ll be taken to the "New Password" page
6. Enter your new password, confirm it in the second field, then tap "Save Password"
   
   

That’s it! You can now sign in with your new password.
