If your physical card has been lost or stolen, go to the Qawn app and freeze your card immediately. Then, contact our support team for further assistance.

How to Freeze Your Card:

1. Sign in to the Qawn app.
2. Tap on "Card".
3. Tap on "Freeze Card".
4. Confirm by tapping "Yes, Freeze my card".
