How can I issue an account statement?

You can issue an account statement through the Qawn app without the need to visit a branch. Please follow these steps:

1. From the home screen, tap on your balance

    

2. Tap on “Account Statement”

3. Select the period you want the statement for

   1. You can choose one of the suggested options or set a custom period 

4. Tap on “Issue a statement” to submit your request

Our team will review your request, and you’ll receive a notification once your statement is ready to download.
