You can sign in to your Qawn account using another phone and freeze your card by following these steps:

Tap "Card" from the menu at the bottom of the Home Page.

Tap "Freeze Card".

Confirm by tapping "Yes, freeze my card".
Your card will be temporarily deactivated, and no transactions will be accepted until you reactivate it.
